"Hi Ian. I just wanted to write and thank you for such a great week staying at your Beach house. You made myself and the two dogs feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The house was perfect for all of us. Great location and you excel in looking after your guests in every way, everything was supplied ... was amazing.

Being able to take the 2 dogs on holidays with me and know that they were welcome inside and out was fantastic. They loved every minute of it ... had 2 very tired pooches when I arrived home .. they slept for days.

Thank you again Ian and I am sure I will be booking your house again in the future ... might have a few more staying next time though, my friends that came to stay for the weekend loved it .. so could be a few more next time ... not just me and the dogs. I know for sure the dogs would go back tomorrow if they could.

"What a fantastic vacation!  We walked to Castaways Beach almost every morning and did yoga stretches as we watched the sunrise.  Then we walked barefoot in the sand and in the warm ocean water.  We took a number of hikes and explored the beautiful countryside of Sunshine Coast.

The fresh vegetables from the farmer's markets were amazing.  I loved getting fresh locally caught fish too.  The huge shrimp (you call them prawns) on the "barbie" were a delight.  We will definitely be back and will recommend your place.”

"Our dog and kids are in love with Castaways Beach!  (and so are we).  This is one of the best places for a family.  The large fenced yard was perfect for our animals (dog and kids).  We were having such a great time that we invited a relative to spend a couple of nights with us.  Thanks Ian for bringing us additional linens to accommodate our unexpected guest."

"All the round-a bouts took some getting used to as well as driving on the "wrong" side of the road, but thanks Ian for the use of your GPS navigator.   That was a lifesaver.   We went to many of the places you had pre-programmed and had a fabulous time.  Queensland is beautiful and so is your beach house."

"We enjoyed a quiet restful vacation and appreciated the privacy and quiet of being nearly surrounded by Queensland National Park vegetation.  The beach house was well equipped and very clean.  Swimming in a salt water pool was new to us.  It was a nice change from chlorine."
